spring cleaning + ang mo kio ave 10

hello..

today i spent my entire day with him because for the following 19 days, we will not be meeting alread =(
unless i go his workplace join him for lunch 1 hr, that's it. :(

went to hit the gym downstairs.
went up and started spring cleaning, throwing unwanted stuffs like old wallets, old love letters, papers and stuff.
and started cleaning away the collected dust (since 2005) using tissue papers.
am proud of myself :D
and also vaccumed the floor and the carpet.


then we washed up, bused to AMK ave 10.
wanted to eat Hokkien mee but heard that it's renovating lah!

so we ordered Pontian wanton mee each, one cha kway tiao, papaya milk (for me) and passion fruit ice blended (for himself).
yup.
we then walked to amk hub, and i got myself a pair of new earrings as my old one were rusty and old.
yup, took bus back to his place.

had dinner and watched half of the movie 'Home Alone'.

i couldn'd believe myself that i have made it.
if it was my old self, i would have questioned him like a criminal, making a fuss out of it and cried and quarrelled until we cried. (i think?)
i guess.. part of the reason is i dont wanna ruin the last off day he could enjoy.
and i really really wanted to put in effort in trusting him.

honestly, i don't feel good when i saw all these shit.
but i have to let it go because i don't wanna let things happened again and again.
if i were to be the old me, I BET with you, definitely i would cry.

finally this boring dull blog have updated post .

well, i have nothing to blog ever since i came back from Tioman.
don't even feel like asking for Tioman trip photos and blog on it too.
haha.
don't know, just kinda ... lazy?

it's ain't the same, right? Yvonne? Fangyu?
I dare to say, community trip that we went was better than this.
OF COURSE i love the company i had and 3 lecturers that we already known very well.
but there's just something i don't like/hate it too.

alright, but i still love the first experience of getting into the sea for snorkeling, waterfall, trekking. =)
it's more fun than i ever thought.
when we had the trial before the next day going snorkeling, i couldn't learn the technique of breathing through the pipe thingy.
and a girl (wearing the snorkeling mask, i couldn't figure out who she was) was helpful enough to guide me. Then superman (one of the instructor taught me one on one)
=)
i was glad and i was really realy satisfied with myself that even though I do not know how to swim, i've learn how to snorkel =)
i felt so accomplished at that time. HAHA.

the food there were nicer than Chiangmai's.
but the bad thing is, we cannot refill !!! Wat the hell?!
We are told that only can refill rice. -.-"
even back in CM, we can refill umpteen times, and i SHIT everyday for at least 10 days during our stay at Huay Zhong Bo. ROFL.
however, in Tioman, i constipated until i reached back to NP and decided to plant bomb at the nearest toilet i could find. HAHA

after 4 days 3 nights of adventurous events, i have uneven tan lines and dull skin tone when i headed back to SG.
that was the first time ever that i hate my face colour.
i love tan skin, but i just don't know why my face became so dull !!
argh.
now it's better =) I'm back to my normal face skin colour already (because my face whiten faster than my body)

and the poor organization of the instructors.
well, at least don't make us wait so long.

alright, so..
i'm suppose to meet love at Braddell Stn, but due to miscommunication, i ended up at Novena stn.
HAHA.
so took a train down 2 stops to meet him, went over his mama place, then pack wanton mee back to his mama place to eat while his mum acc. mama to see doctor, so we were like alone lor.
we watched sesame street too. lol.

then when they came back, his mum brought us to TPY crystal jade eat.
we walked from braddell to tpy. haha so hot la.

and it was only 10.30am, and most of the food not yet prepared.
lol.
xiao long bao and egg tarts must 11am onwards then have, sadded.

Propylene Glycol
Propylene glycol is an organic compound that is faintly sweet, colorless and in liquid or vapor form. Generally, due to its low oral toxicity, it is recognized as safe to use as an additive to food but we should also know that some of its uses include antifreeze, photo developing solutions, brake fluids, and coolants.

That’s how “industrial” this toxic chemical is and yet it can be found in our daily personal care products such as hair products, liquid foundation, suntan lotions, deodorants, and toothpastes.




Propylene glycol acts as a humectant. It absorbs water and maintains moisture to medicines, personal care products and food while boosting artificial color and flavor of the product you are going to buy.

Exposure to propylene glycol will cause systemic retention and can cause skin irritation and inflammation, kidney damage and liver problems.

Since propylene glycol serves its purpose well, allowed by the regulating government and most of all they are cheap, it is not hard to imagine why an antifreeze agent could end up in our shampoo bottles.




2) There is little or no difference from one brand of cosmetics to another. from the cheapest to the most expensive, most of the difference in the cost is usually the price of the packaging. Most formulas for a given type of product cost about the same.



3) We believe most women with sensitive skin really don't have sensitive skin. Their sensitivity could be caused by the potentially harmful ingredients in the products they are using for skin and facial care.

4) The collagen in most creams is derived from ground-up chicken feet or scraped from animal hides and may be harmful. It does not go "into" the skin but rather sits "on" the skin and could prevent it from breathing properly.

but i think books express more emotions and can actually allow you to use your own imagination to make out the scene.

sometimes gossip too much on a person's physical look, i mean, really extreme kind! Like discuss whether this girl has done PS on here, here or there. And.. it disgusted me when the way they commented as if these girls have done something mean to them that they taking revenge? I mean, please, nobody's perfect. So what if the girl's PS has gone haywire? I mean, its her life, you can't comment or criticize just because she's prettier than you, and you have to suspect her that she has done PS. Jealousy brings you nowhere dear. I mean ya, human beings DO gossips. But to a certain extent. Some worse, said that it's normal since the sisters (whom they suspect they did PS or edit their photos are ugly) are produced from the same factory. Now, these people just bring in their innocent mother into the gossiping topic. There's a limit okay. You wouldn't want people to say you went PS before and your nose look like hippo or your legs look like tree trunk. There's more even mean ones. Argh, these people have nothing better to do but to criticize people on the cyber world.
